Terms and Conditions, Assumption of Risk and Image Consent
By enrolling, booking or taking part in any class, workshop, rehearsal, program or activity at TALLER EN ACCIÓN, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. Participation and Assumption of Risk
The user acknowledges that acting, modeling, dance, singing, public speaking, makeup and etiquette classes, as well as rehearsals and performances held at TALLER EN ACCIÓN, involve physical and vocal effort and carry inherent risks. The user participates voluntarily and assumes the risks inherent to these activities.
2. Health Status and Medical Conditions
The user declares that they are responsible for determining whether their physical condition and health are suitable. If they choose to participate while aware of a medical condition, injury or physical limitation, they do so at their own risk and responsibility. They agree to inform the instructor and to stop the activity if they experience abnormal pain, dizziness or difficulty breathing.
3. Release and Limitation of Liability
TALLER EN ACCIÓN, its owners, instructors and representatives shall not be liable for injuries or damages arising from the inherent risks of the artistic and physical activities voluntarily assumed by the user.
4. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to follow the instructors' directions, to take care of the wardrobe, the stage and the equipment, and to take part according to their abilities.
5. Personal Belongings
TALLER EN ACCIÓN shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings on its premises.
6. Photography, Video and Social Media
The user authorizes TALLER EN ACCIÓN to capture and use their image and/or voice for brand-related content. If they do not wish to appear, they must say so explicitly.
7. Minors
For minors, these terms must be accepted by their parent or legal guardian.
8. Emergencies
In the event of an accident, the user authorizes staff to request medical assistance. Any costs are the responsibility of the user.
9. Rules and Safety
All users must respect the safety, conduct, hygiene and equipment-use rules.
10. Acceptance
By accepting these terms electronically, the user confirms that they have read and understood the content, participate voluntarily, understand the risks, and accept the provisions regarding the use of their image and voice.
